Description
Rwmc (In 1963) Described This As Medieval Although Later When Learning That The Tower Was Rebuilt In 1627 Seemed To Think That The Frame Might Be Of That Date. In 1963 He Noted That It Was Of Timber And Was The Largest Frame For A Ring On One Level That He Had Ever Seen: 13 Placed Diagonally In The Tower; The Treble Pit Had Subsequently Been Added North-South At 45 Degrees To The Other Bells
