All Saint's, Tarrant Monkton, is Grade II* listed and comprises a nave, North aisle, chancel, a South transept and a bell tower at the West end. The chancel dates from around 1400 and was extensively restored in the 18th Century. The nave is 15th Century with 18th Century alterations. The West tower also dates from the 15th Century. The South chapel, North aisle and porch are believed to date from 1873.

The chancel, of 14th Century origin, contains a restored medieval doorway into the churchyard. The nave and tower are of 15th Century origin. Portions of the lead roof are dated 1737. The font bowl is 12th Century.
