All Saint’s Church is an unlisted church dating from 1845. Designed as a simple church comprising nave, chancel, side chapel and vestry in a very basic ‘gothic revival’ style by Chantrell and Shaw, a Leeds based architects’ practice. A steeply pitched, stone slated roof sits above coursed pitch faced stone walls, with buttresses picking up all the roof trusses. Narrow lancet windows to each structural bay. A three bay lancet to the east . A bell-cote sits atop the west gable, with single bell. Finial crosses sit above the east gables to nave and chancel.
