A Norman church rebuilt in the 12th century and with strong links with the leading local family up to the present day. 16th century family mausoleum and chapel added. 1854 restoration left much of the earlier fabric and features intact. Has an interesting interior including early features and artefacts, giving it a very tangible feeling of history.
