A late C19th / early C20th church unusual in that it is built entirely of a hard red engineering brick. There is a brick belfry with red clay tiles to the pitched roof slopes of the belfry and the entrance lobby. The main roof slopes are of Welsh slate. The only stone elements are window cills and lintels over the entrance lobby windows. Internally there is a nave without aisles and a sanctuary. The interior is of extreme simplicity with plane plastered walls and combed ceiling. Windows to the nave are modern.
