Aisleless nave and short apsidal chancel, vestry and organ chamber to north of chancel; south-west porch-tower. The church is rather eccentric in appearance; the walls are faced with grey 'crazy-paving' in Mendip stone, with Bath stone dressings and Broomhall roof tiles covering the steeply pitched roofs.

Description of Archaeology and History
Holy Trinity was built by the Rector, the Revd. Samuel Painter (who also left money for the old church); it was his wish that no expense should be spared to make it a substantial structure.

Interior Description
The chancel floor is paved with Minton tiles, the eastern lancets are grouped in pairs between the corbels for the apse roof. The nave is wide and. open, the walls plastered and whitened, and the apse roof boarded.
