Ground Plan Description and Dimensions
Ground plan:
West tower, nave, chancel, north transept, organ chamber to north of chancel, and north porch.
Description of Archaeology and History
In 1870 the church was restored - nave rebuilt and west tower added - both nave and chancel-seem to retain older ceilings, that-in chancel probably 17th century.

Interior Description
17th century woodwork is the prominent feature. Chancel and nave walls are rendered.
East window, reset 15th century, of three trefoiled ogee: lights with vertical tracery in a four-centred head with moulded reveals and label with returned stops. In the north wall'is a 16th century window of two four-centred lights in a square-headed opening with moulded reveals and label. Further west is a modern arch to the organ chamber (1912). In the south wall are two windows uniform with that in the north wall - also a blocked doorway with moulded jambs and four-centred head.
Nave covered by a barrel-vault, white with dark timber. Four main pairs of arched timbers supported on corbels of carved stone heads.

Square tapering bowl of Purbeck marble, one face with simple scallop ornament, and the others a range of panels with rounded heads; cylindrical stem and moulded base for four subsidiary shafts. Subsidiary shafts modern.
