Exterior Description
The tall spire at the west end is a major local landmark. Cruciform building externally faced in large blocks of red ashlar. The falling ground allows for two tiers of large lancets to be included in the transepts, the northern transept being a highly prominent local feature.

Pulpit
Early 20th century Very finely carved pulpit with highly accurate depictions of soldiers in WW1 uniform. Given in memory of the Wolstenholme brothers, both killed in WW1.
