A large church, prominently situated on the high ground to the north-east of Knutsford centre in Mobberley Road. Red brick and terracotta, exposed internally, red roof tiles to the nave, chancel and west vestries, the rest lead and stainless steel sheet. The style is ‘perpendicular’ of the late 15th Century. Good furnishings, glass by Morris & Co; the church is ‘listed’ grade II*.

Built in 1880-1, Architects Paley & Austin, and gradually enlarged in the 1890’s with the tower and aisles.
High and bold central tower over a crossing space; four bay nave, north and south aisles which continue into south-west vestries and a north porch; no clerestories; north and south transepts and eastern chapels, the organ to the s.e.; two bay chancel.
Red brick and terracotta, exposed internally, red roof tiles to the nave, chancel and west vestries, the rest lead and stainless steel sheet. The style is ‘perpendicular’ of the late 15th Century. Good furnishings, glass by Morris & Co; the church is ‘listed’ grade II*.
