Christ Church was originally built as a place of worship for the poor of the parish of Egham and made possible by funding from a local family. Today, it is the Parish Church of Virginia Water and provides flexible spaces for a variety of activities, including three Sunday Services; Toddler group; various bible study groups; seniors lunches and other community activities. We are fortunate to have a vibrant multi-national church community with members from all over the world. The graveyard at Christ Church is an oasis of calm and the final resting place for almost 2000 individuals from all walks of life, including some rich and famous and unmarked graves from former residents of the old Holloway Sanatorium.
