North arcade - Canon Clarke describes it 'with piers of 8 shafts and capitals alternately seaweed-like, & what looks, at a glance, like C13th foliage – but which is in fact bits of upright seaweed. It must have been put together from somewhere else: Dr. Eeles suggested that the component parts came from Barlinch, Priory'.
