The foundation stone of St Christopher’s was laid on October 20th 1906 and an adjoining church hall was built in 1924. In 2007, the old church hall was replaced by a new, purpose-built Centre. The church grounds are used for car-parking and have a rear garden. There is no formal churchyard.

The church’s foundation stone was laid on October 20, 1906. It was designed by Arthur Harrison, architect, in the decorated style of the time and built of brick with stone dressings.

The church consists of nave, chancel, sanctuary, side chapel, and organ chamber (Victoria County History of Warwickshire Vol. VII).
It is built of Alton (Staffordshire) stone, (Welsh) rustic green slates. It has a wooden frame to the roof visible from the nave.
It has two doors on the south side and one on the north side (which now accesses the garden).
It does not have a tower or spire.
