A small –medium size church overlooking open space at the junction of Sherwood Road and Little John Road, Norwich.
Main features consist of nave, west porch, entrance hall, corridor, meeting room, vestry, kitchen and cloakrooms.
Walls of brick with wood and metal window frames & boarded gable panelling. Nave roofed with interlocking flat concrete tiles. Asphalt roofed porch. Kitchen, vestry and cloakrooms. Unfenced tarmac & grass forecourt to south & west. Enclosed paved & grassed courtyard on east side of meeting room. The north end of the church adjoins the hall.
Built in 1968 (Fielden & Mawson, Architects). Interior fittings include a pulpit from St Mary–the-Less, Norwich, and a bell by J Warner & Sons, London, 1857. The nave roof was repaired & strengthened & the porch, kitchen vestries and cloakrooms re-roofed with asphalt in 1983-84 (£39,638). Stained glass window 1990 (Margaret Marriott).
