Medieval and later. Flint with ashlar and some brick dress- ings. Black pantile roofs. Off-centre west tower, exceptionally wide aisle- less nave with south porch and chancel with vestry to north. Tower of c.1300 with diagonal buttresses. One ground floor cusped lancet to south with one traceried sound hole above. 4 2-light Y-traceried bell-openings and a crenellated parapet. West wall of nave with one central blocked C14 window with remnants of tracery and one 2-light Y-traceried window. Opposing nave doorways. South doorway Transitional with single order of shafts with stiff leaf capitals and water-holding bases. Arch with chevron- derived decoration and a nibbed angle roll. Hood mould with carved leaf - pattern. Former chapel to east bay of north wall of nave; entrance now blocked with a modern traceried window. Restored 3-light Perpendicular window and remains of a rood stair. 2 Perpendicular windows to south - one 3-light modern restoration, the other of 4 lights largely genuine with mouchettes and ogee arches. Chancel with 2 restored 2-light Perpendicular windows to south with embattled transoms and one C14 3-light north window of unusual design with cusped soufflet and trilobe heads to main lights. Restored 3-light east window in Perpendicular style. Fine C15 porch with flushwork inscription above entrance GLORIA TIBI TR. Entrance spandrels with carving of the Annunciation. Niche with nodding ogee head flanked by blind cusped windows. Crocketted pinnacles and diagonal buttresses. Medieval south door with surviving iron handle rose.

Angle piscina in chancel with ogee head,carved label stops and shields in spandrels. Chancel arch with polygonal responds. Life size C14 carved effigy of unknown knight. Some original poppy head bench ends. Late C12 circular font with leaf trail carving. 4 panels of high quality post-medieval glass in south east nave window.
