Large late-Georgian town centre Parish Church located on the High Street in this major tourist town, next to the historic Guildhall and in shadow of Windsor Castle. The current building has been a place of worship for the townspeople of Windsor and its many visitors for 200 years.

The current builiding dates from 1822 and was built on the site of a church dating back to 12th century. The current building has been a place of worship for the townspeople of Windsor and its many visitors for 200 years. Its interior walls are lined with mounments to the well-known and high standing people of the time and thus provides an important record of life in 1800s and early 1900s.
The chancel and apse are notable for the high quality of design by SS Teulon. The prominent tower and pinnacles are a noticeable landmark on the Windsor skyline.

The many notable memorials and artworks include the Last Supper painted by Franz de Cleyn (1588-1658) on the west wall, Grinling Gibbons 'Pelican' carvings (1680-82) by the Royal Pew and interesting mosaics in the apse.
