A small Norman church, comprising chancel, nave and Victorian transept. A small square tower at the west end. Set in about one and a half acres of yard nestling under a hill leading up to the Ridgeway. There are three bells dating back to 1576. To the south and adjoining is an area of ground believed to have housed the original Manor house of the village. To the west are good views of the Devil’s Punch bowl.
