The field surveys during early September and November 2015 revealed no evidence of roosting bats. Whilst the survey provided detailed information on bats, peregrine falcons Falco peregrinus are breeding on the minster. The peregrine is afforded the highest degree of legal protection under Schedule 1 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The data collected to support the output of this report is valid until August 2016
